The darkest and coldest of all the nine worlds, Niflheim, was
turned into the world of the dead – a place that would be home
to all those who died from old age or illnesses.
Hel – Ominous creature, who looked as a beautiful woman on the
one, and rotten undead corpse on the other side, was one of the
three dreadful offspring of the Loki and Angrboda.
