The initial idea was to make the old masters baroque painting, in the style of barouque royal portraits, but with squirrels instead of humans, which I like from the start. Actually the very first roughs were to show squirrels looking at the old masters portrait on the wall, but it was changed to baroque looking royal portrait itself.
